The Red Star Soccer Board of Directors structures fees to ensure a quality community product which aligns itself with our Mission Statement.

Red Star will announce Fall 2011 season fees on or before _.
All-inclusive Fall 2011 fees have been set at $985.

The fees cover the following items:

• Coaches Salaries
• Technical Director Fee
• Continued Coaching Education (We continually provide resources to our Coaches to improve or enhance their coaching education thereby improving our programs for our children.)
• Coaches training equipment
• Additional Skills training (ABC’s, COE, Goalkeeper,)
• Tournament, Nor Cal State Cup and Showcase events (allocations based on age and level of team)
• League and governing organizational fees (US Club Soccer - Nor Cal Premier)
• Background checks on all coaches and volunteers
• Insurance Fees
• Picture Day Memory Mate (Fall Season Only)
• On-line registration
• Website 
• Credit Card Merchant fees
• Referee fees
• Office/Administrative operations
• Field permits, set-up, and maintenance fees
• Scholarship Fund (This fund is specifically setup each year as a resource pool to help our less fortunate children whom want the opportunity to play and grow)
• Community based projects (Positive Coaching Alliance, community outreach programs)
• iSoccer online training program
• August Pre-season camp for u8 boys and girls

The fees do NOT include uniforms, training equipment, warm-ups, backpack, pre-season camp, travel expenses to games and tournaments or optional programs such as Futsal or Summer Camps.

PLAYER UNIFORMS & GEAR
Player uniform expenses are not included in fees.  All competitive program players will be required to purchase the new set of uniforms for this year which will be the RED STAR official uniform through the Spring 2011 season. (The uniform cycle typically runs two years and is based on uniform availability from adidas.) 
 
The cost will be $175.00 which will include:
2 customized adidas Tiro 11 jerseys (red and white)
2 adidas Tiro 11 shorts (white and black)
2 pair of adidas ForMotion Elite socks (black)
1 customized adidas Estadio Backpack (red)
1 adidas soccer ball
2 customized adidas training t-shirts (grey)

Goal keepers will have the option to purchase the adidas Traversa jersey in green, or the adidas Campeon goal keeper jersey in black.
Optional jackets and spirit wear are available for purchase at the Red Star Boutique.
