Adriano Allain, our Technical Director commented on the accomplishment, "I’ve coached locally for 12 years, and there has never been a boy’s team this young, this good. What impressed me the most was the skill level displayed while executing our purposeful attacking style of play. This comes down to commitment and quality training. Red Star Soccer Academy introduces "Star of the Month" awards.

For a player to reach their full potential requires dedication, hard work, and self-belief. When a player exhibits these characteristics, distinguishing themselves from their peers, Red Star will acknowledge and congratulate them with a "Star of the Month" certificate. Key factors in identifying candidates include commitment to self-improvement, dedication, attendance, attitude and quality interaction with teammates and coaches.
